Well, Thank you for the wonderful back belt. This is our 3rd, I bought XL few years ago but need smaller, yah !!
And my husband now wants one coz he’s done major damage to his back.
I’m up to my 3rd pair of possum boots with the zip. Just love them. My mum still wears her lovely Red Boots out socially at the age of 93.

I visited the Possum Factory on Tuesday and was delighted by all I saw. I was taken with the possum slippers and found that a second layer of leather could be added across the toe area. I ordered a pair & received an e-mail the next morning to say they were being made that very day. In the afternoon, I received a second email to say they were completed and would be with me in the morning. How’s that for service??

I have received my order today and I want to thank you so much for the most beautiful quality possum hat, scarf and mittens. I am so over the moon they are all so beautiful. My husband and I are off to Peru to live at the end of January and we will be living in high altitude and surrounded by the Andes Mountain Range. It will be very beautiful and also very cold so we will be well set up now with our possum.
I have a Peruvian friend who will be celebrating her birthday shortly after we arrive so I will put an order in for another possum scarf in that same beautiful dark chocolate colour. This will be very unique and also so beautifully warm for her.

Well, I write this happily wearing my lovely new slippers. I can only say thank you for the amazing service I have received for the order I placed. We first came to your store at least three years ago and bought my husband a pair of the scuffs. He has worn them for three years now and they are finally showing signs of age (very understandably!), he claims they are the comfiest slippers he has ever had and even better from the family’s perspective they still don’t smell at all! So I am most looking forward to wearing my shiny new red scuffs throughout the long British winter and he will do the same with his new pair – identical in every way to the last pair – you can’t ask for a better vote of approval than that can you?
